Shipping Policy
SHIPPING CARRIER
Our packages are sent using USPS or UPS in some cases.
All packages have a tracking number assigned and insurance.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please alert us IMMEDIATELY, so we can file a lost package report or insurance claim with the carrier.
If you do not alert us after 48 hours about your missing package we cannot file the claims and your package would be dismissed as delivered therefore no refunds or replacements will be issued.
If your package is marked "In transit" for more than 5 - 8 days please alert us IMMEDIATELY, so we can investigate the status of this package and resend the items, file for insurance or file a lost package claim.
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED WITH
If your package is damaged, tampered with, or opened during transit, please alert us IMMEDIATELY and send us pictures of evidence, so we can file for an insurance claim and send you a replacement.
